- Response Time: You can expect a response to any urgent request within a dedicated window. Non-urgent and after hours requests will be addressed within 4-6 hours.
- Hours of Operation: Support is available Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM CST.

- Everything in the Executive Advantage: Comprehensive project management, on-site event planning (Chicago clients only)
- Full-Scale Operational Integration: We serve as a direct extension of your leadership team, handling all aspects of your company’s operational and administrative needs.
- Proactive Board & Investor Relations: We prepare detailed presentations and materials for board meetings and investor updates, ensuring you are always ready to communicate your company’s vision and progress.
- Crisis Management & On-Demand Support: You’ll have on-call support for unexpected operational issues, market shifts, or any urgent need that arises.

- Communication: We will be available via all standard business channels, including email, your preferred messaging app, and phone.
- Dedicated On-call Window: Two (2) guaranteed exclusive 4-Hour block (e.g., Monday & Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) for urgent requests.
- Response Time: You can expect an immediate response to urgent requests during dedicated time. Non-urgent and after-hours requests will be addressed with a 6-Hour turnaround.
- Hours of Operation: Support is available Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST, with on-call availability after hours for time-sensitive matters.
